What are your fees?

It depends. I match the price of coaching to the needs of the individual or team. This is different for each situation so to discuss what level of support suits you best, please submit an enquiry through the website to get your personalised quote. 

What is the difference between performance nutrition and weight management?

The two are related, as the right balance of nutrients can support both improved athletic performance and weight management, but the primary focus of each is different. Performance nutrition focuses on providing the body with the right fuel to perform at its best, while weight management focuses on achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight.

How do I book my initial coaching consultation? 

Simply fill in your details on your chosen services page and I’ll be in touch. It’s important we make sure that I’m the right fit for you and you’re the right fit for me before we get started. 

When do I get my meal plan? 

You don't. I believe meal plans are only a short term solution and don't set you up for success in real life. Instead, I will provide you with the tools to achieve sustainable results that will last long after our journey together is over.
